
Scheduler - Dynamic Operations Specialist

As a Scheduler - QA Experience professional, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring that both caregivers and clients are informed, supported, and calm even when things get hectic.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently. You will be working closely with our operations team to manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
The Role: SchedulerAs a Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties. This includes responding quickly to cancellations or no-shows, answering calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system, updating records and case notes in WellSky, and working with the ops team to flag issues and ensure smooth staffing.
You will also be conducting regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers, generating weekly reports, and keeping leadership informed about any issues or concerns.
