Finance Business Advisory Manager

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Finance Business Advisory Managers. As part of this role, you will play a key part in preparing management reports (Flash, Plan, Forecast, and Actuals) for business FDs and CFO, reviewing and discussing entity financials and regional results, working with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing various internal reports & analysis (Flash, Plan, Forecast, and Actuals) and discussing the monthly results with regional CFO, business FDs, and integrated financial reporting (for group reporting)
  • Preparing and reviewing financials for regulatory submission
  • Liaising with auditors and ensuring accuracy of financial statements for statutory annual audit
  • Reviewing month-end results, raising and discussing unusual items with various teams which also includes identifying any control gaps and plans to mitigate risks
  • Reviewing and signing off monthly balance sheet substantiation process, ensuring each account is properly supported and that unsubstantiated balances (including aged accounts) are reviewed and coordinated until addressed;
  • Supporting ad-hoc queries and reporting requirements, if any, in a timely & accurate manner
  • Assisting/supporting project deliverables, reviews and studies
  • Maintaining all operational guidelines updated and ensuring adherence to standards, KPIs, objectives and other metrics requirements & procedures
