About the Role

This position oversees multiple software development projects, ensuring collaboration and translating business needs into actionable plans.

  • Manage at least two IT/software development projects, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and aligning priorities.
  • Collaborate with developers to maintain accurate project boards, reflect progress, and provide reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.

A minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects is required.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update project boards to ensure accurate progress and reporting.
  2. Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
  3. Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
  4. Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects.
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
