Cold Caller/Closer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Closer to join our sales team at My Virtual Mate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and closing sales for our white-labeled Go High Level CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, introducing them to our white-label CRM platform.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach, follow-up calls, and nurturing existing leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and compelling presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of the Go High Level CRM platform tailored to client needs.
  • Objection Handling: Address potential client concerns and questions effectively, showcasing the value of the product and ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Closing Sales: Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing sales.
  • Follow-up: Maintain relationships with prospects who have shown interest but haven't yet converted, ensuring ongoing communication and nurturing.
  • CRM Management: Record all interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked through the sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and align on strategies for outreach.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales, preferably in the SaaS or CRM industry.
  • Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely and persuasively.
  • A strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay productive in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and remote collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Go High Level or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and pipeline management.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with white-labeling services is a plus.

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
