Senior Financial Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Specialist is needed to ensure the financial health of our clients' companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Ensure that all financial records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Closing Activities: Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring that all accounts are properly reconciled and closed.
  • Account Reconciliations: Conduct thorough account reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate financial data and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a large accounting firm.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Presentation and Communication: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
