Job Title: Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced product innovation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products from concept to launch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new product ideas;
  • Conducting market research to validate product concepts and gather feedback from customers;
  • Working with suppliers to source materials and components, and ensuring compliance with quality and specification standards;
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to ensure marketing-related deliverables are completed according to timeline and brand guidelines;
  • Managing project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting to stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product development or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of project management experience;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and timelines;
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China;
