Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the improvement of our supplement products. This role involves working remotely from APAC and collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.

The ideal candidate will utilize customer feedback from surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes and ensure that offerings exceed customer expectations.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional looking for project-based engagement. You will have the chance to shape innovative products in a growing e-commerce company and work directly with leadership to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls
  • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
