Digital Operations & Listings Specialist Role

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations and Listings Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • They will also resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com, as well as set up and optimise new listings.
  • The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty is essential.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution is required.
  • Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management is desirable.
