Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java developer with 4-7 years of professional experience to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem, as well as hands-on experience with AWS services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, implementing and maintaining microservices architecture on the AWS cloud platform, writing clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices, participating in code reviews and providing technical mentorship to junior developers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in production environments, and contributing to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning.

Requirements
  • 4-7 years of professional Java development experience
  • Strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem (Security, Data JPA, Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
  • Experience with infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
  • Experience with performance testing and optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
