Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Associate. This role is responsible for creating engaging ad creatives that drive conversions and fuel business growth.

Your primary mission will be to collaborate with internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to develop high-performing content that wins clicks, drives conversions, and scales campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Design and Production Teams: Work closely with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Sourcing and Managing UGC Creators: Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • Creative Brief Development: Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Creative Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Performance Review and Optimization: Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • A strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Excellent project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
