We are seeking a highly skilled Client Development Specialist to join our team. As a Client Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage off historical data and consult with management on business trends and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth: Develop a relationship with the client where you can regularly stay in contact and provide updates on market conditions and new offerings.
  • Upselling products/services: Explore the vertical divisions with the clients to understand if they have staffing requirements in other departments.
  • Plans: Create plans to address client's business needs.

Retention: Identify clients who have recently had a TM resign across all portfolios and ensure that a replacement has been activated. Work towards prevention of disengagement of clients and re-engage clients who have already disengaged.

Relationship Building: Research and build strong relationships with existing clients who have validated growth opportunities. Use every interaction as an opportunity to maximize the clients spend.
