We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the social media presence of our multi-brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows audiences, and fosters brand awareness.


About the Role

The Social Media Manager will own the multi-brand social strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms. They will also establish and maintain voice/tone guardrails, develop editorial calendars, and partner with internal/external creators to execute content plans.


  • Create and implement platform-specific plans, turning business priorities into engaging content.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of U.S. pop culture, memes, and trends, integrating timely conversations into brand-safe content.
  • Schedule and publish content on-time, ensuring consistent posting across all handles.

The successful candidate will possess excellent copywriting skills, strong creative direction abilities, and experience managing multi-brand or multi-handle social media campaigns. They will also be comfortable ghostwriting and shaping a CEO voice, data-curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements
  • 3–5+ years managing social media (agency or in-house).
  • Real passion for American pop culture and expertise in turning trends into on-brand content.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills.
  • Data-curious operator who meets deadlines and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in digital health or skin care/beauty/wellness.

This is a full-time remote opportunity, requiring standard Mountain Standard Time hours availability.
