Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met and their expectations exceeded;
- Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the integration process;
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences;
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements;
- Proven track record of success in account management, relationship building, or customer success within the B2B sector;
- Adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with US-based B2B clients, preferably in business consultancy or recruitment and staffing industries;
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and drive business outcomes;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and create memorable client experiences;
