Reporting directly to the Mechanical Supervisor, An Air Conditioning Specialist, also known as an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and heating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role also involves various tasks aside from the primary function in cooperation with the other team members with the common objective of surpassing the overall project contractual obligations and providing the client with total service satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Mechanical, Electrical or Technical course graduate

● Minimum 2 years' experience in residential or commercial building maintenance as an Airconditioning Technician Specialist.

● Background in electrical and Instrumentation control systems

● Good troubleshooting skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Preferably equipped with welding, brazing, and soldering skills.

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

● Must have NCII certificate.
