About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to a clear framework for finance policies and procedures. They will also work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that policies and procedures are comprehensive and aligned with our organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement finance policies and procedures that adhere to our organization's policy framework.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the globe to ensure that policies and procedures are communicated effectively.
  • Provide expert advice on the interpretation and implementation of finance policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to educate colleagues on new policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement.

Candidates should also demonstrate excellent written communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to visualize complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications is essential.
