Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system uptime.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce toil while ensuring system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
