Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Manager to help manage and grow our business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing orders on Walmart's platform, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability, pricing, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders.
- Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale.
- Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
- Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
- Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
- Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.
- Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly.
- Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed.
- Experience managing Walmart orders (mandatory).
- Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace.
- Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies.
- Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Must be reliable and able to work EST hours.
