We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage key operational tasks.
About the Role:
This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, communicating with the warehouse, shipping orders, and updating records accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet.
- Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Send eBook access to customers using designated software.
- Process invoices to relevant authorities after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
- Monitor payments through secure online platforms and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
- Track expenses and income in QuickBooks.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
- Maintain organized records and conduct data harvesting as needed.
- Support other operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and spreadsheet management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is advantageous.
