Job Overview

Leads a team of consultants in delivering successful implementations. Key responsibilities include client engagement, solution design, implementation oversight, and post-implementation support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify needs and translate them into functional solutions that drive value and efficiency.
  • Develop tailored configurations, workflows, and processes that align with business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure seamless adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of functional consultants, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in various industries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
