Platform Engineer Job

We're seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Platform Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our platform infrastructure.

You will be responsible for automating platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with development workflows and operational scalability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
  • Maintain the operational health and performance of production and pre-production environments.
  • Build and maintain ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs.
  • Monitor platform performance and respond to incidents.
  • Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for platform processes.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer.
  • Technical expertise in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools, and Docker.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and guide platform engineers and developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues across various environments.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to evolve technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
