**Job Summary**

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is looking for an experienced HSE Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for clients.
  • Evaluate new and existing programs to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop plans, playbooks, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, complete, and effectively executed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expertise on health, safety, and environmental matters.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • A formal management qualification in Health & Safety management and Environmental management
  • Conversant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Completed the Mandatory 40 hour Basic OSH training course and additional 48 hours of advanced/specialized occupational safety training course.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Specialist and strategic supervisory experience in Health, Safety and Environmental Management
