Job Title

A Strategic Communications Specialist is required to develop data-driven communication strategies for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Integrated Communication Plans: Create comprehensive and integrated communication plans that support clients' objectives, including identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, selecting channels, and outlining tactics to achieve outcomes.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research on clients' industries, target markets, competitors, and trends to inform strategy development and provide insights for campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure alignment between client goals and agency deliverables.
  • Lead Brainstorming and Ideation Sessions: Facilitate sessions to generate innovative PR or Digital concepts and foster collaborative, diverse thinking.
  • Develop PR & Digital Campaigns: Oversee campaign development, defining objectives, metrics, messaging, and coordinating cross-channel execution.
  • Monitor Industry Trends and Insights: Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices; monitor media coverage and social media trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate campaign proposals to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Research with Agency Tools: Use agency tools to conduct thorough research and extract insights to inform data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify Impactful Insights: Analyze research findings to reveal key insights for compelling campaign narratives.
