Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Communication Facilitator to facilitate effective communication between individuals who speak different languages.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with exceptional language interpretation skills and the ability to work varied shifts.

You will be responsible for accurately interpreting conversations between callers and emergency operators, conveying messages in the preferred language of the caller and ensuring that both parties understand each other.

This is an opportunity to work from home in a quiet and secure environment, equipped with a mobile phone and a stable internet connection.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Read & Speak & Write)
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (Read & Write & Speak)
  • Must be working from home in a quiet and secure environment
  • Own mobile phone with Android 12 and above or iOS 15 and above
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
  • Entitled to 2 days off in a week, which will be rotating any day
  • Must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7.

3-weeks training provided in the daytime (Monday to Friday) with a training allowance.
