We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at PeopleMatter PH. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support our manufacturing business.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts related to manufacturing operations. You will analyze and optimize production costs and efficiency, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports focused on manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or planning.
