Job Opportunity: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position offers an exciting chance to make a significant impact in talent acquisition, working closely with engineering, development, and product teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who can design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer, with a proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development & Automation: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the operational health and performance of both production and pre-production environments.
  • Ephemeral Environment Management: Build, maintain and support ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Incident Response: Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to monitor platform performance and quickly respond to incidents.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain high-quality documentation for platform processes.
  • Mentorship: Support the development of junior engineers by providing guidance and mentorship in technical skills.

About the Job:

This is a mid-senior level role, requiring strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve issues across various environments while maintaining operational stability.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements, able to pivot when necessary and implement new tools or methods to improve platform engineering processes.
