Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager to join our team and help drive the success of our software development projects. As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex software projects
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and develop engineering staff, including performance management, training, and career development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply knowledge to improve project delivery

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget

  • Experience managing large-scale software projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
