Job Profile:

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for handling Timekeeping, checking on adjustments and logs of employees, assigned TPM billings, counterchecking on rates and computation, and month-end accruals for TPM.

Key Competencies:

  • Graduate of any Accounting / Business Related Courses
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with SSS/PHIC/PAG-IBIG and payroll principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledgeable in payroll timekeeping software (SAP/SUN System experience is a plus)
