Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to spearhead our CRM strategy and drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM principles, tools, and marketing automation programs. They will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM strategy, analyzing customer data, and optimizing communications to improve targeting and campaign performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp campaigns, to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights, improve targeting, and optimize communications.
  • Manage CRM vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations to ensure optimal use of CRM tools and technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing CRM teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
