Campaign Deployment Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the success of companies by ensuring that CRM campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, with a focus on quality and timely delivery. In this capacity, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploying CRM campaigns, which involve audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected (quality assurance).
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Adhering to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring campaigns are deployed on time.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and other stakeholders within the company.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS); other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
