Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Operations Manager to lead our content production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing large teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment on goals. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solution-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours.
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation.
