We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Content Creation Team.

As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for streamlining team schedules, ensuring seamless coverage and efficient workflow.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate weekly and daily team schedules to guarantee consistent coverage and optimal workflow.
  • Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, peer-mentorship assignments, and thorough training.
  • Operational Support: Provide primary contact for operational questions, day-to-day workflow issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, track process adherence, and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Procedure Development: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks and optimize team performance.
  • Culture Development: Foster an inclusive and productive culture within our 100% remote team.
  • Metric Analysis: Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

The ideal candidate will possess experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem. They must be proactive, solutions-oriented, and proficient in digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
