Job Description

A versatile content professional is sought to manage and create engaging social media content, develop innovative formats, and oversee the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple social media channels and a proven track record of growing followers, views, or engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms.
  • Research trending topics, formats, and hooks that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Write captivating content that drives conversions and engagement, including hooks, scripts, and captions.
  • Produce high-quality content using available assets or collaborate with existing footage.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway ML, Kling AI, and Canva to streamline production processes.
  • Create and repurpose content across different formats, including reels, carousels, shorts, and thumbnails.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats.
  • Assist in tailoring content for various stages of the funnel, from awareness to conversion, across organic and paid efforts.
  • Monitor performance and iterate content for growth and optimization.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience managing social media content for a brand, creator, or agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms.
  • Experience creating short-form video content using AI and/or traditional tools.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
