Job Summary:

As a Sales Performance Consultant at Multibiz International Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and expertise. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Consultant.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for serving customers by selling products and meeting their needs. You will also manage existing accounts, obtain orders, plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales opportunities. Your focus will be on understanding existing partners and unlocking potential volume requirements and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop new accounts by understanding the nature of company business and identifying new potential business opportunities that an account executive can work independently through strategic planning.

* Submit orders by referring to price lists and product details, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

* Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

* Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information, including pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques, to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.

* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Provide historical reports by maintaining records on area and customer sales, offering valuable insights into sales trends and patterns.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create effective presentations and reports.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.

* Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
