Core System Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Core System Engineer to join our team. This key role will involve building and managing client systems, ensuring seamless integration of marketing, sales, and e-commerce platforms.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform and be able to design and implement custom workflows to automate client tasks. Additionally, they will create and customize templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that meet client requirements.

As part of our team, you'll work closely with our strategy department to turn business objectives into actionable technology solutions. You'll be responsible for setting up new client sub-accounts, configuring company settings, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Client Systems: Set up and configure new client sub-accounts, ensuring accurate setup of company settings and email configurations.
  • Designing Custom Workflows: Develop and implement customized workflows to automate client tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Creating Templates: Design and customize templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that meet client requirements.
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Resolve technical problems related to GHL and ensure seamless system operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GHL Experience: Proven experience working with the GoHighLevel platform, including workflow design and implementation.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
