- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule property viewings and appointments with clients.
- Follow-up and Resolution: Ensure client satisfaction by following up on their progress and addressing any further needs.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hokkien is required (both spoken and written).
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Mandarin language skills are a significant bonus, but not required.
- No prior real estate sales experience is required.
- Prior customer service experience dealing with Hokkien-speaking clients is required.
