CGI is seeking a Technical Architect with expertise in AI and CX solutions to lead our development projects.

Job Description

This position requires an individual who can understand client needs, define automation development specifications, and oversee programs to ensure proper architecture implementation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining client requirements to design automation development projects
  • Implementing scalable design, software improvements, and optimization solutions
  • Conducting code reviews with software engineers
  • Developing front-end and back-end solutions with testing and standards in place
  • Helping analyze business software requirements and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Conducting business analysis to capture end-to-end requirements
  • Planning and designing technology solutions, creating estimates, and proposing solutions
  • Communicating system requirements to software development teams
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate software or hardware and suggesting integration methods
  • Owning and overseeing assigned programs, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring delivery of projects
  • Assisting with technical problem-solving and ensuring implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 9 years of experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect
  • Proven software development experience with at least 9 years of full-stack development experience building projects from scratch
  • Experience writing software that adheres to software development standards
  • Experience working on Customer Experience (CX) solutions using Omnichannel tools is highly desirable
  • Extensive experience working on AI projects and CX solutions
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environment project management and Agile Development
  • Technical knowledge of AI application tools or various coding languages, such as React, Angular, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, Python, SQL; Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Selenium
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and databases
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Knowledgeable in Data Science and Machine Learning
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • ITIL and BA experience

Other Requirements

This role requires an individual who is willing to work onsite 1-2 days in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.
