Job Role Overview:

The HR Specialist is a key professional responsible for ensuring organizational policies and procedures are adhered to while providing expert advice and support across all Human Resource functions.

Duties involve coordinating, implementing, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs as well as managing Human Resources projects and systems.

  • Collaboration with the Human Resource Manager is crucial in ensuring grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues are handled properly in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

The HR Specialist analyzes market trends and assesses program guidelines to optimize benefit and compensation utilization.

In addition, HR Specialists devise and implement proactive HR initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
