Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor lesson operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all transactions accurately to maintain high levels of integrity.
  • Resolve lesson disruptions promptly to minimize impact on students and instructors.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to share and gather urgent information.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have or be completing the following:

Degree or Certificate

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, including Business & Management, Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, Creative Arts, or Medical & Health Sciences.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
