Compliance and Risk Management Expert

The Compliance and Risk Management Expert will demonstrate a thorough understanding of our organization's culture and competitive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory and legislative requirements, analyzing their impact on risk exposure, and ensuring that compliance-related activities are coordinated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting;
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions;
  • Researching and analyzing changes in regulatory and legislative requirements;
  • Providing support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required;
  • Maintaining regular communication and contact with other sites and monitoring and reporting on performance;

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree and 5 years' relevant experience;
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting, such as ROC and SOC;
