Job Title: Product Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Leader to drive the development of our products from inception to delivery.

About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product opportunities and solutions.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to continually improve the product delivery process.
  • Coach and mentor other product leaders and team members to enhance their product management skills.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
