Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Project Finance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts. You will also produce project-level budget-to-actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  2. Produce detailed reports on budget variances and performance metrics.
  3. Analyze and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets.
  4. Prepare and present reporting packages to investors and lenders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
