Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast budgets and reforecast results.
  • Conduct variance analysis on project-level budgets and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Identify areas of underperformance and optimize operating assets to drive improved results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and deliverables for investors and lenders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of key alerts and mitigate operational risk.
  • Design and build data infrastructure to enable the team to analyze key performance drivers such as energy rates and production.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information, ideas, and perspectives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure is a plus but not necessary.
  • Initiative to improve current work, processes, products, and services across the organization is highly valued.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions, analyze data, identify root causes, and present creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
