Key Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver analytical requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional teams to identify and define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Work with data from various sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics.
  • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with other stakeholders.

  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
  • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
  • Contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer by collaborating on metric alignment.

  • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
  • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using analytics tools.
  • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
  • Experience working with modern BI tools and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
