Typical Responsibilities:

  • Menu & Collateral Design: Create and update visually engaging menus, flyers, table tents, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials for food & beverage outlets, ensuring branding consistency and clarity.
  • Digital & Print Assets: Develop graphics for digital platforms (website banners, social media posts, in-house digital signage) as well as print materials (packaging, labels, tent cards.
  • Brand Consistency & Identity: Uphold visual identity by applying brand guidelines across all design outputs—logos, typography, color schemes, imagery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with F&B, marketing teams, creative directors, and external vendors/printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Project & Quality Management: Simultaneously manage multiple design projects, proofread materials, ensure production readiness (correct dimensions, dielines, print specs), and conduct quality reviews before release.
  • Adaptation & Localization: Adapt visuals for different formats, channels, and contexts—e.g., resizing for social media, tailoring for print vs. digital, or adjusting layouts for different languages or presentations.
  • Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas, draft rough layouts, brainstorm visual storytelling approaches, and stay informed on current design trends and new software tools.
  • Extras (sometimes preferred): Provide photography or videography support (product styling, simple video edits) and assist in creating visuals for campaigns or events.
