The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in market research, analysis, and study, as well as experience in managing teams and executing daily work plans. They will also be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, implementing planning goals, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to promote our sports products
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience in agent recruitment or promotion in the sports market, preferably in Vietnam or Thailand
  • Strong overall planning, execution, and coordination capabilities
  • Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin language is a must
