Job Description:

The Senior Corporate Counsel for Content Development will oversee and execute legal content development projects and knowledge initiatives for the practice and industry groups, as well as the knowledge function, within the context of the Firm's knowledge services and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain high-quality knowledge content to support the firm's advice, service, and products for clients.
  • Develop and implement knowledge solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the knowledge function.
  • Maintain expertise in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic legal, commercial, and industry know-how to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with company law experience.
  • Experience as a Professional Support Lawyer or Knowledge Lawyer is desirable.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
