We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our digital workplace adoption efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across the organization.
  • Be up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features of current productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies use industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption and usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or make incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
