Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Cashier to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect payments and make change using basic math functions.
  • Operate cash registers, scanners, scales and credit/debit card terminals.
  • Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Process payments accurately and provide receipts to customers.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Sufficient background in cashiering with POS experience is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • The candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar industry is required.
  • Strong communication and people skills are necessary.
  • Computer literacy is expected.
