We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, and supporting the overall bookkeeping function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end process of invoices, payment runs, and related transactions, including credit cards, in accordance with company requirements.
  2. Provide expert advice on asset management to the business.
  3. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
  4. Support payroll processing and other accounting duties as needed.
  5. Deliver strong bank reconciliation skills and accurate financial reporting.
  6. Assist with month-end closing and prepare for audits.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Minimum diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance to an equivalent field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  5. Able to effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
