Job OverviewWHR Global Consulting requires a seasoned Substation Design and Installation Expert to lead our project team in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of substation equipment for solar power plants.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Develop comprehensive electrical layouts for substations in solar power plants, incorporating local standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough site assessments, recommend equipment, and oversee the construction and installation of substation equipment.
- Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of substation work.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS EE) from a recognized university.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in substation engineering or electrical systems, preferably with a focus on renewable energy or solar power plants.
- Knowledge of solar power plant integration with substations is a plus.
